PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GPDH activity inhibitor that is effective in inhibiting the fat accumulation of adipocytes and GPDH activity, and has little cytotoxicity.SOLUTION: A GPDH activity inhibitor comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of a compound represented by formula (I) and a derivative thereof as an active ingredient.
