PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization water discharge device that can properly discharge a sterilization water having a sufficient sterilization capability at the timing when the user requires the same without requiring the replenishment of chemicals or the like from the outside.SOLUTION: A sterilization water discharge device WD has a controller 700 that is configured such that, when discharging a sterilization water on the basis of a start operation part 310 of an operation unit 300 being pushed, a dirt-off process for discharging a water on which an electrolysis is not conducted, from a sterilization spout 200 for the purpose of washing off the dirt adhered to the sterilization object, and a sterilization process for discharging a sterilization water that is produced by conducting an electrolysis, from the sterilization spout 200 for the purpose of sterilizing the surface of the sterilization object, are executed in sequence, and includes sterilization process change-over means with which the user operates the change-over from a dirt-off process to a sterilization process; and the controller 700 controls such that, when the adsorption amount of chloride ion is not sufficient, the change-over operation is not executed.【課題】外部からの薬剤等の補充を必要とせず、十分な除菌性能を有する除菌水を、使用者が必要とするタイミングで適切に吐出することのできる除菌水吐出装置を提供すること。【解決手段】この除菌水吐出装置WDの制御部700は、操作部300の開始操作部310が押されたことに基づいて除菌水を吐出させる際に、除菌対象物に付着した汚れを洗い落とすために、電気分解がなされていない水を除菌用スパウト200から吐出させる汚れ落とし工程と、除菌対象物の表面を除菌するために、電気分解がなされて生成された除菌水を除菌用スパウト200から吐出させる除菌工程と、を順に実行するように構成され、汚れ落とし工程から除菌工程への切り替えを使用者が操作する除菌工程切替手段を備えており、制御部700は、塩化物イオンの吸着量が十分でない際は切り替え操作を実行しないよう制御する。【選択図】図2
