PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee shaping body of a levee plastering machine, when mounting/demounting an upper-face levee shaping part corresponding to the height of a ridge, dispensing with a novel tool and easily and quickly performing mounting/demounting work by simplifying a structure relating to the mounting/demounting.SOLUTION: A levee plastering machine includes a turning operation member 100 that is held when performing an operation of removing a covering upper-face levee shaping part 40 from an upper-face levee shaping part 30 and performs an operation of turning the covering upper-face levee shaping part 40.
