Disclosed is a cultivation apparatus with a multilayered structure which comprises the following: a vertical frame； at least one cultivation case located on the outside of the vertical frame； supporting stands supporting each cultivation case to locate the cultivation cases on the outside of the vertical frame； and a water supplying and discharging member supplying a nutrient solution into the cultivation cases, and temporarily storing liquid discharged from the cultivation cases.
