PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die-shaped food product which is cut into a shape having a beautiful corner.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a die-shaped food product by cutting a food product into a die shape comprises: a first cutting process (step S110) in which at least one of one or more pieces of first cutting means and a food product is moved in a first direction and the food product is cut into a strip shape along the first direction a travel direction change process (step S120) in which a travel direction of the strip-shaped food product passed the first cutting process is changed into a second direction crossing the cutting direction in the first cutting process a second cutting process (step S130) in which at least one of one or more pieces of second cutting means and the strip-shaped food product is moved in a second direction and the strip-shaped food product is cut into a die shape along the second direction.
