PURPOSE: A device for protruding the lower jaw is provided to easily move the lower jaw without a structure. CONSTITUTION: A device for protruding the lower jaw includes an upper jaw wearing unit (100), a support rod (10), a lower jaw wearing unit (200), and a hanging plate (20). The support rod is fixed to the rear of the upper jaw wearing unit through a fixing unit formed on both ends of the support rod. The hanging plate protrudes upwardly from the front of the lower jaw wearing unit. When the hanging plate hangs on the support rod, the forwardly moved lower jaw is maintained by the restoring force of the lower jaw wearing unit.본 발명은, 상악의 윗니에 끼우는 상악 착용구와, 하악의 아랫니에 끼우는 하악 착용구를 포함하며 하악을 앞으로 돌출하도록 전진시키는 하악 전진 장치에 있어서, 상악 착용구에 설치되는 대략 상부 치열의 형태와 유사한 형태의 지지봉과, 하악 착용구에 설치되어 상기 지지봉에 걸리는 걸림판으로 구성되는 하악 전진 장치를 제공하는 것이다. 하악을 앞으로 전진시켜서, 상기 지지봉에 걸림판이 걸리도록 하면, 하악의 생물 물리학적 작용에 의해서 하악 착용구가 구강의 후방으로 되돌아가려는 힘에 의해서 지지봉에 걸림판이 걸려서 하악이 전진된 상태로 있게 된다.
