PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article, even when leg perimeters of a wearer are rubbed by outlines in both sides of the absorbent article and free ends of three-dimensional gathers, being unlikely to cause skin trouble due to the rubbing.SOLUTION: Outlines in longitudinally both sides of a sanitary napkin 1 are formed into a wavy frill shape, and free ends of three-dimensional gathers BS are also formed into a wavy frill shape. The outlines in longitudinally both ends and the free ends of the three-dimensional gathers BS of the sanitary napkin 1 are formed into the wavy frill shape respectively.
