PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information detecting device in which influences of external light can be reduced.SOLUTION: A biological information detecting device 1 comprises: a pulse wave detection part 52 detecting pulse waves of a user an external light detection part 53 which receives external light and outputs a signal showing a temporal change of a quantity of the received external light as an external light reception signal and an analysis part (control part 9). The pulse wave detection part 52 has: an irradiation part irradiating a detection part of the user with detection light and a light receiving part which receives the detection light reflected by the detection part and outputs as a pulse wave signal a signal showing the temporal change of the quantity of light of the detection light emitted.
