PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material mixing apparatus capable of surely and quickly performing a step of mixing and discharging supplied food materials.SOLUTION: An opening (2a) that can discharge the food material is formed in the upper part of a mixing container for storing the food materials to be mixed. The mixing container (2) is supported by a horizontal shaft (3s), and the mixing container (2) is put in continuous reciprocating swing motion by the horizontal shaft (3s). An operating portion (3h) provided with switches or the like, is provided with course switches for selecting a plurality of courses.
