An aid pad of external compression treatment course includes a pad body and at least one adapter tube. The adapter tube is mounted in the pad body with two ends extending out of the pad body. The pipelines of the gas envelopes are collected in the pad body to beautify the appearance. The gas source, the controller and a certain number of gas envelopes are cooperatively integrated into the external compression equipment for executing the external compression treatment course. Therefore, the aid pad can eliminate the randomness of the conventional external compression equipment, reduce the cost and volume of the external compression equipment and have higher mobility in use. The aid pad can be quickly transferred to different sites without limitation of the mattress form. Therefore, the pain of a user (patient) can be eased in a more positive and reliable manner.本創作之體外加壓療程輔助墊，基本上係在一墊體中安裝有至少一兩端伸出墊體預先設定長度的轉接管；可將氣囊之管路集中於墊體處，有助於增加美觀，以及只需要搭配氣壓源、控制器及數量不等的氣囊，即可整合成一可用以執行體外加壓療程的體外加壓設備，不但可藉以縮減體外加壓設備之成本、體積，相對更具使用機動性，可供快速搬移至不同的地點且不受限於床墊之格式，以相對更為積極、可靠之手段減輕使用者(病患)的痛苦。
