CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition for improving skin condition contains 0.1-10 weight% of rice plant callus extract as an active ingredient. A method for manufacturing the external use skin composition comprises: a step of inducing callus from rice plant seed and culturing； and a step of preparing the composition having the callus.
