PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid feed-producing facility which consolidates two of a crushing step and a thermally sterilizing step into one step, and gives treating conditions such as pressure, temperature, and treating time optimal to produce the feed from food residues as a raw material.SOLUTION: There is provided the liquid feed-producing facility having a pair of a reactor 22 and a charging conveyer 21 for charging the food residues into the reactor 22, and having a saturated steam source 60 for supplying saturated steam into the reactor 22, a crushing and pressure-sending pump 31 for sending a liquidized product discharged from the reactor 22 into a mixing tank 34 and finely crushing soft solid contents not liquidized in the reactor 22, the mixing tank 34, and a controller 51 for controlling them, wherein the reactor 22 has a stirrer 23 for promoting the hydrolyses of the food residues with the saturated steam, and directly hydrolyze the food residues with saturated steam to liquidize and simultaneously thermally sterilize the food residues without preliminarily crushing the food residues with a crusher.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】破砕工程と加熱殺菌工程という2つの工程をひとつの工程に集約するとともに、食品残渣を原料にして飼料化するに最適な圧力、温度、処理時間等の処理条件を図る。【解決手段】1組の、反応器22とこの反応器22に食品残渣を投入するための投入コンベア21とを備え、且つ、上記反応器22に飽和水蒸気を供給する飽和水蒸気源60、上記反応器22から排出される液状化物を調合タンク34に搬送し且つ上記反応器22で液状化できなかった軟化固形分を微粉砕するための粉砕圧送ポンプ31と、上記調合タンク34と、これらを制御する制御装置51とから構成されており、上記反応器22が、食品残渣の飽和水蒸気による加水分解を促進するための攪拌装置23を有し、且つこの食品残渣を粉砕機により予粉砕せず直接的に飽和水蒸気でもって加水分解して液状化し且つ同時に加熱殺菌処理を行うように構成されている。【選択図】図2
