The present invention relates to a water discharge device for preventing glaucoma. According to the present invention, the water discharge device for preventing glaucoma comprises a water discharge tube and a cover member. The water discharge pipe comprises: a connection part formed on one side to come in contact with a cornea of an eyeball； an exposure part formed on the other side to be exposed without coming into contact with the white of an eye； and a passage formed between the contact part and the exposure part to allow water to flow. The cover member is disposed in a shape of surrounding the cornea and the white of an eye, and comprises: a connector formed on one surface coming in contact with the cornea to be connected to the water discharge tube； a drain disposed on the side opposite to the one surface and formed on the other surface exposed to the outside to drain the discharged water； and a flow path disposed between the connector and the drain to provide a discharge path of the discharged water.본 발명은 녹내장 억제용 방수배출기구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 녹내장 억제용 방수배출기구는, 일측에는 안구의 각막에 접속되는 접속부가 마련되고, 타측에는 흰자에 접촉되지 않게 노출되는 노출부가 마련되며, 상기 접속부와 노출부 사이에는 방수의 유동을 가능하게 하는 통로가 형성되어 있는 방수배출관； 및 상기 각막과 흰자를 감싸는 형태로 배치되며, 상기 각막에 접촉되는 일면에는 상기 방수배출관이 접속되는 접속구가 형성되어 있고, 상기 일면과 반대측에 위치하여 외부로 노출되는 타면에는 상기 방수가 배출되는 배출구가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 접속구와 배출구 사이에는 상기 방수의 배출경로를 제공하는 유동로가 마련되어 있는 커버부재；를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
