Provided are an aqueous solution formulation which comprises etanercept as an active ingredient, and a method for producing the same. In this aqueous solution formulation, which comprises etanercept, a stabilizer and a buffer, the stabilizer is histidine or a salt thereof, the buffer is an organic acid or a salt thereof, and pH is 5.6 to 6.4. This aqueous solution formulation is stable for a long period of time and is capable of providing excellent shelf life by suppressing generation of both an aggregate and a truncated body caused by the etanercept.L'invention concerne une formulation de solution aqueuse, qui comprend de l'étanercept comme principe actif, et son procédé de production.
