PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition comprising a prostaglandin compound which can be stably stored even in a polyethylene container.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition comprises (a) a prostaglandin compound, (b) a sugar alcohol, (c) a polyol, and (d) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The composition can be stably stored even in a polyethylene container. In addition, the composition can be stored for a long term even if it comprises only a small amount of a preserving agent.【課題】ポリエチレン容器でも安定に保存できるプロスタグランジン化合物を含む医薬組成物を提供する。【解決手段】ａ）プロスタグランジン化合物、ｂ）糖アルコール、ｃ）ポリオール、ｄ）医薬上許容し得る担体を含む医薬組成物を提供する。本発明の組成物はポリエチレン容器中でも安定に保存することができる。さらに、本発明の組成物はごく少量の保存剤しか含まなくとも長期間安定に保存できる。【選択図】なし
