An orthognathic correction device comprises a first retainer, a second retainer, and at least two elastic members. The first retainer is formed to be worn on the supramaxillary dental arch of a patient to be removable, and has at least two first connection components fixed on left and right buccal surfaces of the first retainer. The second retainer is formed to be worn on the submaxillary dental arch of the patient to be removable, and has at least two second connection components fixed on left and right buccal surfaces of the second retainer. The elastic members couple the first retainer and the second retainer which are worn and maintained on the supramaxillary dental arch and the submaxillary dental arch of the patient, and thus the second retainer is operated to move with respect to the first retainer. Accordingly, a relative position between the lower jaw bone and the upper jaw bone of the patient is adjusted.
