PURPOSE: A packing for the intranasal hemostasis is provided to uniformly pressurize the nasal cavity when a user is nose-bleeding, and to maximally absorb the body fluid. CONSTITUTION: A packing for the intranasal hemostasis comprises the following: a pad main body(100) having the water-absorption property for the body fluid, capable of expanding by the amount of the absorbed body fluid； a curved unit(110) installed on the pad main body for forming a convex structure on the upper side of the pad main body located on the adenoids inside the nasal cavity； and a cut-out groove on the upper side of the pad main body.본 발명은 비강 내 지혈용 패킹에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 비강 내 지혈용 패킹은, 편도선 절제술 또는 아데노이드 절제술을 수행한 비강 내의 지혈을 위한 것으로, 체액에 흡수성을 가지며, 흡수된 체액의 양에 따라 부피가 팽창하는 패드 본체를 포함하되, 상기 패드 본체에는 비강 내에서 상기 아데노이드 측에 위치하는 상부면이 볼록하도록, 곡면 형상의 절곡부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 따른 비강 내 지혈용 패킹은, 비강 내 지혈용 패킹이 비강 내 형상과 유사하기 때문에, 지혈 위치를 균일하게 가압할 수 있고, 형상적 특성에 의하여 체액을 최대로 함유할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 건조 포장시에 패드 본체의 형상에 변형이 생기는 것을 방지하며, 체액을 흡수하는 과정에서 일정 시간이 지나도 패드 본체와 체액이 유착되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
