The handle arm (16) has a retainer mounting portion (20), which comprises: a first insertion hole (20a) and a second insertion hole (20b) for the front end of the handle shaft (15) to be selectively inserted, and a first and a second fastening portion (20c, 20d) formed between the first insertion hole (20a) and the second insertion hole (20b). The first fastening member (17) is engaged with the front end of the handle shaft (15). The retainer (18) comprises: a stopping hole (18a), a rotation stopping portion (18f) for stopping the rotation of the first fastening member (17), and a cover portion (18c) for covering the first insertion hole (20a) in the first attachment posture and covering the second insertion hole (20b) in the second attachment posture.
