PURPOSE: A fermentation container with a lid on top and bottom is provided to inverse of the fermentation container to transfer sugar on the bottom to the top after the certain period of fermentation, for easily and conveniently conduct fermentation. CONSTITUTION: A body(10) is used for fermenting by filling a fermentation material inside, and top and bottom are opened. Upper and lower part lids(21, 22) are identical, and a lid(20) is installed in the top and bottom of the body of a fermentation container(100). An upper and lower part insertion hole is formed in the inside peripheral part of upper and lower part lids. An upper part fixing handle(11), a middle fixing handle(12), and a bottom pinned handle(13) are horizontally set up in the outer periphery of the body, in which the handles are symmetrically faced based around the body. A screw part is formed in the upper and lower part insertion hole, and also in the upper and lower parts of the body to insert the screw part into a respective insertion hole of the upper and lower part. Upper and lower part packing insertion is formed on the up and down ends of the body, and upper and lower part rubber packings are inserted into an upper and lower part packing insertion groove.본발명은 상하면에 뚜껑이 설치된 발효통에 관한 것으로, 발효물질을 내부에 충진하여 발효하는데 사용되며 상하면이 개방된 몸통(10)과, 상기 몸통(10) 상하면에 뚜껑(20)이 설치된 발효통(100)에 있어서, 상기 상하면에 상하부 뚜껑(21, 22)이 설치된 발효통(100)은 합성수지 재질이며, 또한 상하면에 모두 상하부 뚜껑(21, 22)을 설치하여, 일정기간 지난뒤 상기 발효통(100)을 거꾸로 하고 발효통(100)을 사용할 수 있는 것으로,본발명은 발효후 일정기간이 지나서 단지 발효통을 거꾸로 하면, 하부에 있던 설탕이 다시 상부에 있게 되므로, 발효작업이 간단하고 편리하다는 현저한 효과가 있다.
