Provided is a herbicide composition with enhanced effectiveness, comprising 1-(2-chloro-3-(3-cyclopropyl-5-hydroxy-1-methyl-1H-pyrazolo-4-carbonyl)-6-trifluoromethylphenyl)-piperidin-2-one, or a salt or ester thereof. The composition comprises active ingredients A and B provided in an effective dose, wherein A is either the salt, a C1-C4 carboxylic acid ester or a benzoic acid ester; and B is selected from a: 1) phenoxyalkanoic acid; 2) pyridine carboxylic acid; 3) benzoic acid; 4) nitrile; 5) triazole ketone; 6) diphenyl ether; 7) thiadiazole; 8) pyrimidinedione; 9) amide; 10) sulfonylurea; 11) sulfamide; 12) pyrazole; 13) thiocarbamate; 14) bentazon, and the like. The composition can effectively remove a grass weed or a broadleaf weed from a wheat field, and provides features such as large herbicidal spectrum, significant performance enhancement, reduced usage, can be used safely on crops, and the like.
