PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for discriminating fish eggs capable of discriminating the quality of the fish eggs just after spawning (or fertilization) and a fish eggs selector.SOLUTION: A fish eggs selector 1 comprises: a fish eggs input part 2 a discrimination part 4 for discriminating the quality of fish eggs and a classification part 5 for classifying the fish eggs into good eggs and bad ones on the basis of discrimination results by the discrimination part 4.
