PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for ranking measurement results related to a diagnostic object such as a follicle.SOLUTION: A measurement result evaluation part ranks measurement values by making one of a plurality of classes A-C correspond on the basis of evaluation results obtained by evaluating the state of data related to the follicle. The measurement result evaluation part determines a total evaluation on the basis of individual evaluation results related to a plurality of evaluation items. For instance, when all the individual evaluation results are (a), the total evaluation is determined as a class A (excellent). Moreover, for instance, when even one (b) is included in the individual evaluation results and (c) is not included, the total evaluation is determined as a class B (ordinary).
