PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the color migration or attachment of cosmetics comprising powder to clothing and the like.SOLUTION: The method has an electrostatic spray step for electrostatically spraying a surface of a skin applied with cosmetics comprising powder with a composition directly to form a coating on the skin. The composition has following components (a) and component (b): (a) at least one volatile material selected from the group consisting of water, alcohol, and ketone； and (b) a polymer having a coating forming capacity.
