PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome difficulty to use hydrogen at common households everyday because hydrogen is high reactive material and is easy to be eliminated by reacting with air before reaching body even when it is tried to be taken into the body although effects of hydrogen is watched with interest, and a machine device is expensive even though it can be considered that hydrogen at high concentration is manufactured by a machine and contacted with body or body surface directly.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: There is provided a hydrogen generating agent or the like, consisting of a hydrogen generating powder which generates hydrogen by reaction with a prescribed liquid, a hydrogen generating agent capsule consisting of a first membrane containing the hydrogen generating powder and easy to be broken, and a micro capsule consisting of a second membrane containing a non-reactive liquid which is a liquid which does not react with the hydrogen generating powder and the hydrogen generating agent capsule and easy to be broken.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】水素の効果は注目されているが、水素は反応性が高い物質なので体内に取り込もうとしても体内に届く前に空気と反応して消滅しやすい。また、高濃度の水素を機械によって製造して直接体内や体表面に接するようにすることも考えられるが機械装置は高価であり日常的に一般家庭で利用するのは難しい。【課題を解決するための手段】所定液体と反応することで水素を発生する水素発生パウダーと、前記水素発生パウダーを入れた破断容易な第一膜からなる水素発生剤カプセルと、水素発生パウダーと反応しない液体である非反応液体と水素発生剤カプセルとを入れた破断容易な第二膜からなるマクロカプセルと、からなる水素発生剤などを提供する。【選択図】図１
