The present invention relates to a liver fibrosis prediction device using CT image analysis and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the liver fibrosis prediction method using CT image analysis includes: a first step of allowing the liver fibrosis prediction device to receive an input of a liver CT image of an analysis subject from a user； a second step of receiving an input of an interest area of a layer selected from the user among a plurality of layers of the liver CT image； a third step of analyzing the degree of irregularities by calculating coordinate average values of lines on a liver surface included in the interest area, and more specifically, analyzing the degree of irregularities of the corresponding layer while expanding the interest area in a horizontal direction by using principal component analysis (PCA)； a fourth step of analyzing the degree of irregularities of the corresponding layer in the same method as the third step for the interest area of the corresponding layer by moving to the next layer of the selected layer when the analysis area deviates from a preset area； a fifth step of calculating each of the average and standard deviation of analysis result values about the degree of irregularities of each layer when analysis of all layers is completed； and a sixth step of predicting the degree of liver fibrosis from the calculated value and outputting the predicted result. The present invention like the above is able to make accurate judgement by quantifying the degree of irregularities on the surface of liver and predicting the degree of liver fibrosis.본 발명은 CT 영상 분석을 이용한 간 섬유화 예측 장치 및 그 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 CT 영상 분석을 이용한 간 섬유화 예측 방법은, 간 섬유화 예측 장치가 사용자로부터 분석 대상자의 간 CT 이미지를 입력받는 제1 단계와, 간 CT 이미지의 복수개의 레어어 중 사용자로부터 선택된 레이어에 대한 관심 영역을 선택 입력받는 제2 단계와, 관심 영역에 포함된 간 표면에 대한 선의 좌표 평균값들을 산출하여 요철 정도를 분석하되, 주성분 분석(PCA)을 이용하여 상기 관심 영역을 수평 방향으로 확장시키면서 해당 레이어의 요철 정도를 분석하는 제3 단계와, 분석 영역이 기 설정된 영역을 벗어나면, 선택된 레이어의 다음 레이어로 이동하여 해당 레이어의 관심 영역에 대해
