PURPOSE: A strawberry cleaning system for freezing strawberry is provided to use cleaning water in the low temperature for reducing the freezing time for the strawberry. CONSTITUTION: A strawberry cleaning system for freezing strawberry comprises the following: a chiller cooling device receiving underground water, and cooling to obtain cleaning water； a first cleaning device(2) removing foreign materials or agricultural chemicals from the strawberry by circulating the cleaning water； a second cleaning device removing small size foreign materials from the strawberry by circulating the cleaning water； a drying device drying the strawberry； a first cleaning tank(21) including a cleaning chamber(211) and a transfer unit(212) for transferring the strawberry； a blower(23) generating wind for producing bubbles through a first perforated plate(22), installed on one side of the first cleaning tank； a drum(24) including a velcro(241)； a spraying pipe(25) including a spraying nozzle(251) for spraying the cleaning water to the strawberry； and a controller(26) controlling the operation of the transfer unit, the blower, and the drum.본 발명은 냉동용 딸기 세척시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 냉동 보관용으로 사용될 딸기를 냉각수로 세척하고 송풍에 의해 수분을 제거하도록 한 냉동용 딸기 세척시스템에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 냉동용 딸기 세척시스템은, 딸기의 세척수로 사용되는 지하수를 공급받아 저온의 온도로 냉각시키는 칠러냉각기와； 상기 칠러냉각기로부터 공급된 냉각수가 순환되며 수확한 딸기를 공급받아 딸기에 묻어있는 이물질이나 농약을 제거하는 제1 세척장치와； 상기 칠러냉각기로부터 공급된 냉각수가 순환되며 상기 제1 세척장치에 의해 세척된 딸기를 공급받아 상기 제1 세척장치에서 제거되지 못한 작은 이물질을 제거하는 제2 세척장치와； 상기 제2 세척장치에 의해 세척된 딸기를 공급받아 딸기에 묻어있는 수분을 제거하는 건조장치를； 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
