PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy operation of an operation lever at a caster operation part with a mechanism of locking and unlocking a table, and downsizing.SOLUTION: A caster operation lever has a columnar grip portion 232 and performs locking and unlocking operation of all casters collectively and simultaneously. The columnar grip portion is disposed on a bottom of a table near a side part 14 of the table. An operation part of the caster operation lever is fixed to a pedestal 4 which is inclined from 3 degrees to 10 degrees with respect to a horizontal plane. The caster operation lever also rotates in a lateral direction with respect to a horizontal plane while being inclined from 3 degrees to 10 degrees. In the unlocking operation, the columnar grip portion is positioned so as to be parallel to a side edge portion 141 of the table and the bottom of the table.
