A rotatable mixing member (1) for batch-freezer machines (100) comprising: a rigid structure (2) shaped substantially like a cylindrical cage and which is adapted to be inserted in axially rotatable manner inside the creaming tank (103) of the batch-freezer machine (100), and is provided with a plurality of plate-like longitudinal blades (5) which are angularly spaced about the longitudinal axis (C) of the rigid structure (2), extend substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis (C) of the rigid structure (2), and are arranged so that an outer lateral edge (5a) thereof is substantially tangent to/ grazing the inner cylindrical surface (103i) of the creaming tank (103)； a series of tangential scraping paddles (7) which are located on the longitudinal blades (5) of the rigid structure (2), close to the outer lateral edge (5a) of the single blades； and a plurality of pushing assemblies (8) adapted to push in elastic manner the individual scraping paddles (7) toward the outside of the rigid structure (2) and in abutment on the inner cylindrical surface (103i) of the creaming tank (103).
