PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic which is free of appearance defects in any shape, is good in releasability from its container in the case of a solid form, is excellent in smooth adhesion touch and moist touch in use, is good in pigment dispersibility, forms an even and uniform coating film and affords glossy feeling.
SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic comprises: (a) a solid oil, (b) a compound obtained by esterifying with isostearyl alcohol the carboxy groups on both ends of an oligomer ester of a dimer acid and a dimer diol (c) an ester oil liquid at room temperature 300-1,000 in molecular weight having intramolecular hydroxy groups and (d) a powder surface-treated with tridecafluorooctyltriethoxysilane.
