PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquid cosmetics which can extract protein.SOLUTION: The invention provides a liquid cosmetic which contains oleic acid, one or more kinds of higher alcohols selected from a group consisting of oleyl alcohol and isostearyl alcohol, and a surfactant of 0-10 volume% to the total amount. It separates into at least two layers when contacting to a liquid containing soybean milk or albumen, and phosphoric acid buffer, and a protein contained in the soybean milk or the albumen is extracted from the liquid into the upper layer of the separated layers in a room temperature.
