Disclosed in the present invention is a medicine packing apparatus which can clean tablet dropping paths therein without disassembling or opening the outer housing thereof. The disclosed medicine packing apparatus comprises: at least one tablet dropping path extended downward； a plurality of tablet cassettes placed adjacently to the tablet dropping path in order to discharge tablets stored therein to the tablet dropping path； at least one fan which causes the flow of high-pressure air for cleaning the inside of at least one tablet dropping path by vertically flowing inside of the tablet dropping path when the tablets do not drop through the tablet dropping path； a hopper placed below at least one tablet dropping path for the inflow of the tablets and high-pressure air； a packing machine which packs the tablets discharged after passing the hopper； and a vacuum cleaner which collects flowing particles after high-pressure air flow, including the particles the air flow passes the hopper.약제 포장 장치를 분해하거나 외부 하우징을 열지 않고 내부의 정제 낙하 통로를 청소할 수 있는 약제 포장 장치가 개시된다. 개시된 약제 포장 장치는, 아래로 연장된 적어도 하나의 정제 낙하 통로, 정제 낙하 통로에 인접 배치되어 자신의 내부에 수용된 정제를 정제 낙하 통로로 방출하는, 복수의 정제 카세트, 정제가 정제 낙하 통로를 통해 낙하하지 않을 때, 적어도 하나의 정제 낙하 통로 내부를 위에서 아래로 흘러 정제 낙하 통로 내부를 청소하는 고압의 공기 흐름을 야기하는 적어도 하나의 송풍기, 적어도 하나의 정제 낙하 통로의 아래에 배치되어 정제 또는 고압의 공기 흐름이 유입되는 호퍼(hopper), 호퍼를 통과하여 배출된 정제를 포장하는 정제 포장기, 및 고압의 공기 흐름 및 이에 포함된 파티클(particle)이 호퍼를 통과하여 유입되고, 유입된 파티클을 수거하는 진공 청소기를 구비하는 약제 포장 장치를 제공한다.
