A fixing device (100) for a surgical anchor member (20, 50, 60, 70) comprises a control device (6), connected to a connecting portion (5) in turn connected to a shaft (4) having, at one of its ends (4.1), coupling units (4.14, 4.15) for connecting the fixing device (100) with a fastening element (10) adapted to be coupled in a respective fastening seat (21.1) of a surgical anchor member (20, 50, 60, 70). The device further comprises centring means (1) for coupling the fastening element (1) with the respective fastening seat (21.1, 51.1, 61.1, 71.1) of the surgical anchor member (20, 50, 60, 70).L'invention concerne un dispositif de fixation (100) pour un élément d'ancrage chirurgical (20, 50, 60, 70) qui comprend un dispositif de commande (6), relié à une partie de connexion (5) à son tour reliée à un arbre (4) ayant, à une de ses extrémités (4.1), des unités de couplage (4.14, 4.15) pour relier le dispositif de fixation (100) à un élément de fixation (10) adapté pour être couplé dans un siège de fixation respectif (21.1) d'un élément d'ancrage chirurgical (20, 50, 60, 70).
