[Solution] This soyasapogenol composition contains soyasapogenol B and 3-O-D-glucuronopyranosyl soyasapogenol B. The weight ratio (B/A) of the 3-O-D-glucuronopyranosyl soyasapogenol B to the soyasapogenol B is in the range of 0.001-10. The composition can be produced by means of partial decomposition of a sugar chain residue of a soy saponin B group glycoside by means of acid.[과제] 체내 흡수성이 높은 대두 사포닌 조성물을 제공한다. [해결수단] 본 발명의 소야 사포게놀 조성물은 소야 사포게놀 B 및 3-O-D-글루쿠노로피라노실 소야 사포게놀 B를 함유한다. 3-O-D-글루쿠노로피라노실 소야 사포게놀 B의 소야 사포게놀 B에 대한 중량비(B/A)가 0.001~10의 범위이다. 상기 조성물은 대두 사포닌 B 그룹 배당체의 당쇄 잔기를 산으로 부분 분해함으로써 제조할 수 있다.
