PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve conditions of cultivating plants in producing useful protein by using plants, and optimize producibility of useful protein.SOLUTION: There is provided a cultivation method of plants in which agrobacterium having polynucleotide that codes useful protein is allowed to infect plants by pressure cycle treatment to express the useful protein.
