PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retention mechanism assembly comprising high adhesion.SOLUTION: A retention mechanism assembly 1 comprises: a drive line 2 which is an insertion member a fixing member 3 for fixing the drive line 2 to a skin S which is an object and a retention mechanism 4 by which the fixing member 3 holds the drive line 2 in a liquid-tight state. The retention mechanism 4 comprises a chuck member 51, a screw member 52 and a seal member 53. The retention mechanism 4 screws a male screw part 72 of the screw member 52 to a female screw part 35 of the insertion part 22 in a state in which the drive line 2 is inserted into the insertion part 22 of the fixing member 3, the chuck member 51 is arranged on an outer periphery of the drive line 2, and a fixing member side contact part 61 of the chuck member 51 is brought into contact with an insertion part inclination surface 34 of the insertion part 22, so that, a tip end contact part 74 of the screw member 52 presses a screw member side contact part 62 of the chuck member 51, and a chuck member side contact surface 93 of the seal member 53 presses the chuck member 51, for holding the drive line 2 to the fixing member 3 in a tightly contacted state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】密着性の高い保持機構組立体を提供する。【解決手段】保持機構組立体1は、挿通部材であるドライブライン2と、ドライブライン2を対象である皮膚Sに固定する固定部材3と、固定部材3がドライブライン2を液密に保持させる保持構造4とを備え、保持構造4は、チャック部材51と、ネジ部材52と、シール部材53とを備え、保持構造4は、ドライブライン2が固定部材3の挿通部22に挿通され、チャック部材51がドライブライン2の外周に配置され、チャック部材51の固定部材側当接部61が挿通部22の挿通部傾斜面34に当接した状態で、挿通部22の雌ネジ部35に対してネジ部材52の雄ネジ部72を螺号させることで、ネジ部材52の先端当接部74がチャック部材51のネジ部材側当接部62を押圧し、シール部材53のチャック部材側接触面93がチャック部材51を押圧して、固定部材3に対してドライブライン2を密着して保持する。【選択図】図1
