PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical bottle of a dual structure having a UV protection function is provided to prevent decomposition of contents due to UV rays as well as to prevent the bottle surface from being scratched.CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical bottle of a dual structure having a UV protection function comprises a bottle body(10) for storing injection content and a rubber cap(20) inserted into the inner surface of the inlet of the bottle body for sealing. The bottle body is formed with a dual structure which has an inner layer(11) by a cyclic olefin copolymer which has stable physical properties not to chemically or physically react to the contents and an outer layer(15) formed by coating the outer surface of the inner layer with a stainable polymer. A first stepped portion(16) is formed in the inner side on the top of the outer layer. A second stepped portion(12) is formed by making the top of the inner layer protrude inwardly below the first stepped portion.
