PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope adaptor reducing the load to a user at the time of reprocessing and the expense load of the user by making it possible to utilize the air sending pump of a light source device, when an endoscope having no air sending pipeline and the light source equipped with the air sending pump are used in combination, and enhancing the certainty of the ensurance of air sending without obstructing the operability of an external tube, and an endoscopic system.
SOLUTION: The adaptor for the endoscope is equipped with an adaptor body 22 inserted in the recessed part 19 for connecting the endoscope connector of the light source device 3 equipped with the pump, the opening part 23 provided to the adaptor body 22 and exposing the socket 21 for the light source when the adaptor body 22 is connected to the light source device 3 equipped with the pump, the pump connection part 24 arranged to the surface opposed to the light source device 3 of the adaptor body 22 to be connected to the socket 20 for the air sending pump and the air sending cap 30 communicating with the pump connection part 24, extending to the side opposite to the pump connection part 24 of the adaptor body 22 and set to below 90° in the angle formed with respect to the center axis O of the connector part 10 of the endoscope 2.
