PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a conventional electric wheelchair is not easy for a heavily handicapped person to operate, a sitting position posture does not easily increase an awakening level, to control a head part is difficult, and a joystick operation by an upper limb is difficult.SOLUTION: In order to keep a standing position posture, an electric unit is attached to the rear wheel of a walker provided with a table, a chest pad and a saddle. An easy-to-operate switch is attached onto the table. When the electric walker is used, even the heavily handicapped person not having a practical moving means can move by pressing the simple switch in the standing position posture in which it is easy to increase the awakening level and it is easy to control the head part and operate the upper limb.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来ある電動車いすでは、障害の重い者にとって決して操作しやすいものではなかった。それは、座位姿勢は覚醒レベルを高めにくく、頭部のコントロールが難しく、また上肢でのジョイスティック操作が困難なためである。【解決手段】立位姿勢を保持するために、テーブル、胸当て、サドルを有する歩行器の後輪に電動ユニットを取り付ける。簡単に操作できるスイッチをテーブル上に取り付ける。この電動式歩行器を使用すれば、実用的な移動手段を持たない障害の重い者でも、覚醒レベルを高めやすく、頭部のコントロールや上肢の操作を行いやすい立位姿勢で、簡単なスイッチを押すことで移動することが達成できる。【選択図】図1
