PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber-based curable composition in which a silicone rubber excellent in tensile strength and tear strength can be obtained.SOLUTION: The silicone rubber-based curable composition includes: a vinyl group-containing linear organopolysiloxane (A) and a linear organohydrogenpolysiloxane (B), and is characterized by having on the measurement chart of the spin-spin relaxation time T2 of the rubber molecular chain by a pulse NMR, a first relaxation time T2 and a second relaxation time T2 which is shorter than that of the first relaxation time.
