PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical supply device capable of preventing a foreign matter from being mixed into the device when drawing a cassette unit.SOLUTION: A chemical supply device M capable of supplying chemicals by subdividing includes a cassette unit 1 with a removable cassette body 10, as the cassette unit 1 movably provided between a home position and a pull-out position, and temporarily keeping the chemicals in a subdivided state a cover 2 movably provided between a closing position for covering the cassette unit 1 from above and an opening position for exposing the cassette unit 1 and an association mechanism 3 for associating the actions of the cassette unit 1 and the cover 2. The association mechanism 3 regulates the actions of the cover 2 so as to keep the cover 2 in the closing position when the cassette unit 1 is in the pull-out position.
