PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing an antigen-presenting cell by using an adjuvant, useful in immune cell therapy including dendritic cell vaccine therapy, and capable of improving immunostimulating activity of the antigen-presenting cell.SOLUTION: Immune response of a patient in the case of administering the patient with an antigen-presenting cell is improved by preparing the antigen-presenting cell in the presence of a monomeric nucleotide.
