To provide an immune responsive cell (T cell, cytotoxic T cell, regulatory T cell, and natural killer (NK) cell are exemplified) which expresses an antigen-recognizing receptor and an inhibitory chimeric antigen receptor (iCAR).SOLUTION: A method for using an immune responsive cell includes a method for treatment of neoplasia and other symptoms to which an increase of antigen-specific immune response is desirable. Bond of the antigen-recognizing receptor to the first antigen activates the immune responsive cell, and bond of the iCAR to the second antigen inhibits the immune responsive cell.
