PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide wire which has a low resistance, a trend to go straightforward and a good operability.SOLUTION: The guide wire includes a core wire 2 extending from a proximal end to the distal end, and a sleeve 4 enclosing the distal end of the core wire 2.
