A hydrogel mask pack composition having variable transparency in response to skin temperature and a method for producing a hydrogel mask pack using the composition
The present invention relates to a hydrogel mask composite capable of changing a transparency rate of a hydrogel mask from opacity to transparency as the hydrogel mask composite slowly becomes a sol by responding to skin temperature, and a manufacturing method for a hydrogel mask using the same. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, according to the present invention, the manufacturing method for a hydrogel mask using the same comprises: a) a step of forming a first mixture; b) a step of forming a second mixture; c) a step of inputting and mixing the first mixture in the step a) into a manufacturing tank and heating the mixture at the temperature of 85-95°C by inputting the second mixture of the step b) in the manufacturing tank; d) a step of forming a third mixture and defoaming the third mixture while cooling the third mixture at the temperature of 70-80°C so that the third mixture maintains a sol state; e) a step of transferring the third mixture which is in the sol state of the step d) to a coating device; f) a step of forming a planarity type coating matter; and g) a step of manufacturing the mask by forming the planarity type coating matter of the step f) in a desired shape. According to the present invention, the hydrogel mask composite can visually and easily provide a removal and change time of the mask to a user.본 발명은 피부 온도에 감응하여 서서히 졸(SOL)화가 진행되기 시작하면서 하이드로겔 마스크팩의 투명도가 불투명에서 투명으로 가변되는 하이드로겔 마스크팩 조성물 및 그 조성물을 이용한 하이드로겔 마스크팩의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 본 발명은, a) 정제수 100중량부에 대하여, 디소듐이디티에이(Disodium EDTA) 0.01 - 0.1중량부, 하이드롤라이즈드 콜라겐(Hydrolyzed collagen) 0.05 - 0.8중량부, 포타슘 하이드록사이드(Potassium hydroxide) 0.005 - 0.1중량부 및 포타슘 클로라이드(Potassium chloride) 0.05 - 1.0중량부를 첨가 및 교반하여 제1교반물을 형성하는 단계; b) 상기 a)단계의 제1교반물 100중량부에 대하여, 글리세린(Glycerin) 5.0 - 15.0중량부, 메칠프로판디올(Methyl propanediol) 5.0 - 15.0중량부, 캐럽콩검(Caratonia siliqua gum) 0.5 - 3.0중량부, 카라기난(Carrageenan) 0.1 - 3.0중량부, 잔탄검(Xanthan gum) 0.01 - 0.5중량부 및 글루코만난(Glucomannan) 0.1 - 2.0중량부를 첨가 및 교반하여 제2교반물을 형성하는 단계; c) 상
