<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunostimulation composition which includes fucoidan and lactobacillus, and has a high IL-10 production promotion action. <；P>；SOLUTION: Fucoidan derived from Undaria pinnatifida of 0.1-10 pts.wt. is added to lactic acid bacterium, based on 1 pt.wt. of fungus belonging to genera Tetragenococcus, Pediococcus, Lactobacillus or the like, and is cultivated, thereby the immunostimulation composition having an IL-12 production promotion action and also a high IL-10 production promotion action can be obtained.
