The present invention relates to a hydrogen soap and a production method of the hydrogen soap. More specifically, the present invention relates to the hydrogen soap which enables coating to store dissolved hydrogen for a long period of time by coating a natural fat-soluble oil on a surface of a magnesium hydride powder or a calcium hydride powder, thereby forming a soap, and the production method of the hydrogen soap. The hydrogen soap of the present invention comprises: a first step of preparing a natural vegetable powder； a second step of coating one or two materials selected from magnesium hydride and calcium hydride； a third step of saponifying a natural oil to obtain a saponified paste； a fourth step of mixing and stirring the natural vegetable powder, the coated one or two materials selected from magnesium hydride and calcium hydride, and the saponified paste to obtain a mixed material； and a fifth step of pouring the mixed material of the fourth step into a soap mold to form a shape of the soap.
