CPG-OLIGODEOXYNUCLEOTIDE, IMMUNOGENIC COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME, AND METHODS FOR PREPARING THE COMPOSITION AND STIMULATING IMMUNE RESPONSE THEREBY
CpG-oligodeoxynucleotides (CpG-ODN), as potent immune stimuli developed for using as adjuvant in different species, are disclosed herein. TLR9 is the cellular receptor for CpG-ODN, and current developed CpG-ODN has low activity to rabbit TLR9. Here, a type of CpG-ODN containing a GACGTT or AACGTT motif in about 11-14 deoxynucleotides was demonstrated to have potent immunostimulatory activity to rabbit TLR9, and capable of boosting a less toxic and potent antibody response in rabbits.Linvention concerne des oligodésoxynucléotides CpG (ODN CpG), en tant que stimuli immunitaires puissants développés pour être utilisés comme adjuvant dans différentes espèces. TLR9 est le récepteur cellulaire des ODN CpG, et les ODN CpG développés actuels présentent une faible activité vis-à-vis du TLR9 de lapin. On a démontré ici quun type dODN CpG contenant un motif GACGTT ou AACGTT dans environ 11-14 désoxynucléotides présentait une activité immunostimulatrice puissante vis-à-vis du TLR9 de lapin et était capable dinduire une réponse en anticorps puissante et moins toxique chez les lapins.
