PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air purification processing device which manages the generation of adsorption heat due to substances to be adsorbed in purification processing with a simple structure, prevents attachment/detachment or fire and the like of the substances to be adsorbed by cooling an adsorbent itself if it were necessary, and can ensure high adsorption rate.SOLUTION: A gas purification processing device includes: a body 1； a raw material supplying portion 2； a scattering portion 3； a purifying portion 4； a discharging portion 5； a thermometer 6； and a cooling portion 7. Raw material gas G supplied from the raw material supplying portion 2 and scattered in the scattering portion 3 passes through the purifying portion 4 to be purified, then is discharged as purification gas through the discharging portion 5.
