The present invention relates to a pouch-type jelly beverage, an automated pouch-type jelly beverage preparing method, and a preparing apparatus thereof. The pouch-type jelly beverage includes: a liquid beverage； a predetermined amount of jelly added to and mixed with the beverage； and a pouch (10) storing the beverage and the jelly. The jelly is prepared by gelling one ingredient selected from cereals, vegetables, and fruits and slicing, dicing, or grinding the prepared gel.
