The present invention relates to a gas injecting non-thermal plasma generating device, which induces the generation of non-thermal plasma by injecting a specific amount of gas between an electrode unit including a plane-shaped metal electrode and a dielectric and a ground object having a plane shape or a gentle gradient parallel to the electrode unit.
